Today, we have a technology bridge that allows people to stay informed and collaborate to provide the best service possible across the globe. Through InformAgilitySM, our clients have access to a password protected business intelligence platform which makes relocation data available, accessible and meaningful for every person who needs it — when and how they need it. Real time dashboards and predictive analysis are generated here and available to each client.

Our clients are able to generate a variety of on-line, standard, and ad hoc reports in the areas of relocation activity, expenses, home sale and invoice history. Real time information is easily accessible and is presented in a plethora of formats such as graphs, PDF, HTML, Excel, and Active Reports.

An interactive cost calculator, online authorization forms, real-time status updates, integrated and customized financial reports, up-to-the-minute transferee survey results and a Document Library for policies and reports are available to each client. Different passwords may be assigned to each division and staff member to allow for varying levels of access and security of information.

InformAgilitySM includes a ReportCaster that can schedule automatic recurring reports. Event driven notifications can also be set up to inform clients, transferees and vendors of specific events that are scheduled to happen, completed or overdue. All of this enables strategic collaboration and informed decision making, to carefully monitor activities and costs.

Relocating employees have access to my smooth connection®, a secure password protected website that houses their policy, worldwide destination information and moving helps. Transferees can communicate with their personal service team and enter expenses. They can also track their payments here.
